Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the demonstration, installation, commissioning, and training of optical precision measurement products.
2. Assist sales personnel in managing customer relationships and provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support.
3. Assist users in resolving issues encountered during product use;
4. The Testing Group in the R&D Department and the Technical Support position in the Marketing Department will both be subject to rotational internships and probationary periods, with final placement and compensation determined based on individual strengths.
5. My career development goal is to become a test engineer or a sales engineer.
Job Requirements
1. Proficient in fundamental computer hardware and software knowledge, with a solid understanding of the current state of technological advancements in high-precision instrumentation.
2. Strong hands-on skills, quick learner, and able to travel on business trips;
3. Strong ability to independently analyze and resolve technical issues;
4. Candidates with experience in the precision instruments and equipment industry are preferred; a valid driver’s license is also a plus.
