Changyi Guangke (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd.
Changyi Guangke, headquartered in the Suzhou Industrial Park of the China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone, maintains branch offices in Xi’an and Qingdao. As a high-tech enterprise specializing in micro‑ and nano‑scale optical imaging and the R&D and manufacturing of advanced optical instruments, Changyi Guangke is one of the few domestic manufacturers that independently develops software, hardware, and underlying components across the entire technology stack.
Cell Biology

It helps study cellular morphology and structure, the cell cycle, cell division, autophagy, and cell death, as well as inter‑organelle energy and information transfer. High‑resolution imaging of organelles is a critical step in investigating the dynamic processes that unfold throughout the entire cellular life cycle. The Changyi Guangke MEAGLE 100 delivers crisp images of all organelles—whether labeled with targeted probes (such as fluorescent proteins or antibodies) or possessing intrinsic fluorescence—including the nucleus, mitochondria, actin filaments, the endoplasmic reticulum, RNA, vesicles, and more. It features high resolution, rapid imaging, and low phototoxicity.
Case study
HeLa cells are widely used in cancer research, biological experiments, and cell culture, having become an indispensable tool in medical research. As the earliest human‑derived cell line ever isolated, they continue to be maintained in laboratories worldwide and are extensively employed across a broad range of studies. In vitro, they readily proliferate, forming epithelial‑like cellular arrangements. Their chromosome number is typically 78–80, and when transplanted subcutaneously into humans, they give rise to tumors. They can also be xenografted into the anterior chamber of guinea pig eyes, the buccal pouches of rats, and mice treated with corticosteroids via X‑ray irradiation, suggesting that they retain malignant characteristics. HeLa cells are extensively utilized as experimental material for investigating cellular nutritional requirements, cell proliferation, and various cytochemical assays.
