Product Introduction
The MEAGLE 100 is a versatile confocal microscope independently developed, manufactured, and marketed by Changyi Guangke as a replacement for traditional fluorescence microscopes. With an ultra‑high‑resolution optical resolution of up to 120 nm, the MEAGLE 100 delivers imaging speeds of up to 12 frames per second and supports scan resolutions as high as 8192 × 8192. Its features—including high light‑source utilization, exceptional sensitivity, and low phototoxicity—ensure stable, high‑definition imaging over extended periods.
The MEAGLE 100 is equipped with multiple high-precision motion modules, enabling a variety of imaging modes, including motorized focusing, three-dimensional scanning, and automated large‑field stitching. Post‑processing analysis bridges the gap between qualitative and quantitative observations; the system not only offers an extensive suite of post‑processing tools—such as deconvolution, image enhancement, image smoothing, morphological processing, and feature segmentation—but also provides advanced scene‑specific analysis capabilities, including cellular statistical analysis, subcellular localization, protein‑protein colocalization, forward and reverse tracking, cell subpopulation classification, and cell tracking.
